Welcome and my favourite breakfast
Welcome to my blog :) After having this at the back of my mind for a long time now, I decided to grab the keyboard and join the amazing blogging community to share my favourite/not-so-favourite recipes to motivate all of you to sightly reduce your meat consumption as it's (the over-consumption of meat products) becoming a very serious contributor to climate change. I try to do my bits to reduce the waste I create (I also recycle everything), I cycle everywhere or take public transport etc. however a slight change in diet can go a long way. Our current dietary habits are simply not sustainable long term and that's the very very sad truth. To start with, I'd like to clarify that I do eat meat and fish; mostly chicken and turkey, with the occasional beef and salmon/white fish. This is mainly because of personal preference.
